The Simplest of Snacks

 

The most dangerous time of day is when you are really hungry or craving a snack but have no time to prefer or cook anything.

This is the most satisfying, quick and easy option.

It takes minutes, tastes delicious, and really does fill you up well.

You get some healthy sugars from the apple for energy, as well as much needed fibre, healthy fats from the nuts and seeds, and a protein hit from the yoghurt. Talk about multifunctional!

INGREDIENTS (serves 1):
1 x apple
1 x small handful cashews/almonds
4 x tbsp. plain greek yoghurt
1 x tsp missed seeds/flaxseed sprinkle
cinnamon to sprinkle on top

METHOD:
Chop the apple into a bowl

Add the greek yoghurt and nuts

Sprinkle with the mixed seeds, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.
